The public site has no CodeMani account form. We measure our own marketing with standard tools, we don’t sell your data, and private source is handled only after a written scope.
When you visit
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may receive ordinary request data such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timing data. We may use standard measurement tools — such as an advertising conversion pixel or basic analytics — to understand how visitors find us and whether our ads work. We use that data to run the business, not to build personal profiles, and we do not sell it. Google hosts the Geist web fonts used by the site and may receive a font request from your browser.

When you try the free preview
The preview form sends the page address you submit to our server, which fetches that public page, transforms it, and returns the result. The fetched page is not retained, the preview creates no stored file, and we keep no per-request log of submitted addresses. Standard rate limits apply.
When you pay
Stripe hosts checkout. Card details do not pass through the CodeMani web server. Stripe sends us the payment record and buyer contact details needed to fulfill, support, refund, and account for the purchase.

When you contact us
Email to the codemani.com domain is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the owner’s business mailbox. Messages and transaction records are kept as needed to fulfill and support the purchase and to meet financial or legal recordkeeping duties.
When you subscribe to Site Watch
Monitoring re-checks the public pages named in your delivered package. We store those pages’ fingerprints, check results, and your delivery email for as long as the subscription runs. Canceling or refunding stops the checks and any unsent alerts.
When private material is involved
Do not send private source until we agree a written processing boundary. That scope names what is transferred, where it is processed, what artifacts and aggregate fields may leave your environment, and the retention or deletion plan. We do not sell customer source or use it for public training.
